Detailed Description
A five-session block of controlled environmental training for athletes or other clients seeking progressive adaptation to heat or simulated altitude. Sessions are delivered in the UWS environmental chamber and tailored to the agreed training protocol.
Please contact sparc-exphys@uws.ac.uk before purchase to discuss the required conditions and schedule. Optional pre/post physiological analysis and reporting is available separately.
