Detailed Description
During a progressive graded exercise test, oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide production are measured continuously to show how fat and carbohydrate use changes as exercise intensity increases. The assessment identifies FatMax (the intensity at which fat oxidation peaks) and aerobic threshold (AeT), alongside heart-rate and speed or power data. The test is suitable for athletes preparing for endurance events and clients seeking to improve aerobic efficiency and pacing. A written report is provided after testing.
