UWS will require to undertake some checks before purchase can be made on line and in order to receive a replacement Student ID card request form please follow the instructions below:-

Send an email to [email protected] and include the following information:-

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Current enrolled course

Once your form has been reviewed, you will be notified and given instructions on how to make the payment via the on line store.  Once payment has been confirmed your replacement Student ID card will be posted to the address provided.

Our normal turnaround for mailing student cards is 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that we use Royal Mail for delivery, so please factor that in as to when to expect delivery.
