Includes (a) Ground reaction force measurements, (b) Centre of pressure measurements and (c) Three dimensional kinetic measurements of the joints of the upper and lower limbs
Detailed Description
A full body kinematic assessment will provide you with key biomechanical information necessary to enable you plan your rehabilitation or training regime more effectively. Joint angle, joint range of motion, velocity and acceleration measurements would be provided as outcome measures with biomechanical highlights of strengths and weaknesses. This biomechanical assessment would involve you performing a functional activity (such as walking, stair ascent and descent, sit-to-stand, stand-to-sit, sit-to-walk etc) or performing a specific sport (such as running, golfing etc). Retroreflective markers will be placed on your joints which will be tracked using a three dimensional motion capture system. After your assessment you will be provided with a detailed written report, with further verbal feedback if required.
Prior to purchasing, please contact the Biomechanics Team at [email protected] to arrange your appointment.
Once you have purchased the assessment, a pre-questionnaire will be emailed to you.
